Announcement on the setting of the base
date and the closing period of the shareholders' list

In accordance with Article 354 of the
Commercial Act and Article 15 of the Articles of Incorporation of our company,
voting rights are granted to shareholders listed in the shareholders' register
as of July 20, 2018. We are announcing the suspension of changes to the
contents of the shareholders' register for determination of rights
shareholders, such as transfer of shareholder’s name, registration, change and
cancelation of pledge, and indication and cancellation of trust property.
